I'm noticing it's a bit of a theme, Two Lights State Park, Apple Orchard..... I was actually supposed to head to VT today but had an extra day because of some car issues I have been having. It was such a warm beautiful day and I wanted one last visit to the ocean, and this is my spot of choice these days. I have a lot of people in my life who are going through some difficult times and I have been feeling a little out of sorts. While I was painting this painting a dear friend called me who I hadn't talked to in months so I was a little distracted as I was finishing this up. Then I met a really nice couple who gave my dog Maury some loving. As I was leaving someone knocked on my window and it was the man who I had met. He wanted to thank me for the time we shared and said he often finds four leaf clovers and he wanted tp give me one that he had just found. It made my day. It was such a thoughtful gesture. There are so many people that I want to share my good luck charm with. It is going to stay in my car and get me to VT safe and sound. I love moments like this.
