Ok this is my free pass day. It was a travel day from VT to Maine, Pouring rain all day, and an empty house as far as  still life material goes. I had painted two paintings early in the month. This one ended up face first in the dirt when I was finished but I did manage to brush most of the dirt off once it dried. I'm feeling a bit like a cheater but it was painted this month and I always need downtime when I get home from care taking my mom. I like this painting. I don't usually focus on the details and there was quite a bit of energy in the water that day which I feel I captured.
